No — all listed prices exclude VAT. Tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your country: customers in Bulgaria pay 20% VAT, EU customers pay their country's rate, and EU businesses with a valid VAT number are not charged VAT (reverse charge). Outside the EU no VAT is charged.

Yes. Finsense supports VAT invoicing, keeps the purchase and sales ledgers, and exports the returns in the NRA format — ready for your accountant.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. You keep access until the end of the paid period, after which the instance is suspended. If you change your mind in the meantime, you can resume the subscription from the portal with one click before that date — no interruption and no new payment. A suspended instance keeps its data for 90 days — during that time you can reactivate and pick up where you left off, and we send email reminders before the deadline. After the 90 days the instance is closed, and the data is permanently erased after a further 30-day grace period.

Anytime from the customer portal. When you switch to a more expensive plan, the change takes effect immediately and the difference is charged pro rata for the remaining period. When you switch to a cheaper plan, your current plan stays active until the end of the paid period and the new one starts from the next period — payments already made are not refunded. The Enterprise plan is not available via self-service — contact us with an inquiry.
